Return and Refund Policy

Returns can be made for store credit only after inspection of items is cleared.  Please contact us for returns within 3 business days at candice@thecandishoppe.store 

Store Credit will be issued within 14 days.  Items are handmade and delicate, there is a $25.00 fee to return an item.  This covers the cost of dry cleaning and care. Returns can be made in the showroom or by mail.  Postage with tracking is customer's responsibility.
